Freight Charges
Prepaid and added to the customer invoice.

Lead-times
As manufacturing planning, schedules and workloads change from day-to-day, current lead-times and deliveries are available upon request.

Minimum Line Item Order Value – Finished Parts
75 per line item.

Mode of Shipment
Orders will be shipped as defined by the customer’s purchase order. When not specified, orders will be shipped in the most economically and efficient manner available.

Order Cancellations or Material Changes
A cancellation or material change of an order already in-process or complete, will result in a charge for the direct factory costs associated with the order as determined by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.

Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Prices do not include carriage or VAT. Prices are subject to change, unless expressly noted and Trelleborg Sealing Solutions reserves the right to correct any pricing error.

Product Returns
Returns are honored for deficiencies in quality and Workmanship, however, requires official factory approval and a factory approved Non Conformance Report (NCR) number. The NCR number is to be clearly identified on all return paperwork. Debit memos issued should contain a statement of reason for return, deposition requested and the NCR number. Trelleborg Sealing Solutions will not accept product returns for custom or customer-specific products, except for deficiencies in quality and workmanship, or for products that have not been manufactured to customer specifications and requirements.

Prototypes
Prototypes are defined as any “proprietary” bearing that is needed by a customer for the purpose of test and evaluation of an application which has a significant potential for future sales. Trelleborg Sealing Solutions will provide prototypes at no charge, if it is determined that there is in fact significant potential for future sales. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a request can not be offered at no charge, a price that covers Trelleborg Sealing Solutions' costs will be quoted. Since prototypes are offered at either no charge or at a price to cover our costs, it is Trelleborg Sealing Solutions' expectation that our customers/distributors would do so as well, so as to not give the end-user a reason to eliminate our product from consideration for test and evaluation.

Manufacturing and delivery schedules will be determined on a case-by-case basis, but will take into consideration the customer’s requirements and schedule to ensure a successful test and evaluation.

Tooling
Tooling costs for standard products are considered a part of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions' factory overhead costs and will not be passed on to our customers with an additional markup. However, for products that are custom and customer-specific, special tooling charges may be quoted. Applicable tooling charges will be charged on a one-time basis, without an additional markup over direct factory costs. It is Trelleborg Sealing Solutions' expectation that our distributors would do so as well.

Warranty Statement
All implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded, all products sold pursuant to a purchase contract are sold “as is”. Trelleborg Sealing Solutions accepts no liability as to the suitability or correctness of our recommendations in individual cases, therefore, it is vital that customers satisfy themselves as to the suitability of individual products through adequate testing. In the event of a dispute, or an legal action hereunder, the parties agree that the UK, shall be the venue and the courts therein shall have sole jurisdiction and that English law shall apply.
